- I'm seeing Netherlands:
- If the Charge Hub App screen is showing you a map of the Netherlands, then it means that you haven't turned on Location, or skipped that part in the set up.
- With the App open, go to the bottom of the screen. If you have a Android mobile look for the circle that looks like a target. For Apple mobile users, it will be a red symbol. Click on this symbol.
- The App will ask you permission to turn on 'Location'. Agree.
- The App map should now show you your location. Click on the flag (upside down teardrop) which will provide you with the details required to continue.
- Plug type not showing:
- If you are not seeing the plug type on the Location, then check that you haven't accidently set a filter that is blocking them from showing.
- Go to the bottom of the screen and click on the 'Funnel' symbol. Press 'Reset All', then try again.
- If you are on a Location with multiple types of connecters - i.e., CCS2, CHAdeMO, Type 2. Then the Location screen may just show one of the connector types with the others beside it as three dots with the words 'two more' Click on those three dots.
- Restricted Access:
- If after turning on 'Location' you can still not find the charger. Check the front of the charger that it does not have a sticker on it saying that the charging station is for private or fleet use only
