- A Physical RFID Card is a plastic card (similar size and look to a credit card), key tag or smart watch/device that contains a digital Unique Identifier (UID) inside the card or device. This UID can be linked to your Account to identify you when you tap the card on a RFID Reader on the front of a Charging Station. The UID is checked in the background to then authenticate your account to start a charging session.
- A Virtual RFID is your Account Identification Number. Having a virtual RFID will not work by touching your mobile phone with the Account open onto the reader of a Charging Station. You will need a Physical RFID card for this. If you don't already have a Physical RFID connected to your Charge Hub Account, then you will need to start your charging session via the screen on the App.
