To order a Physical RFID card via the Charge Hub App.
- Open up the Charge Hub App
- Click on the three lines in the top right hand corner
- Click on 'Charging Cards'
- Click on 'Add Charging Card'
- Click on 'Request Charging Card'
- Under 'Charge Card', increase quantity to 1 then press 'Order for free'
- Fill out Address details, then submit.
- You should receive your card in the mail within one week. Send us a Service Ticket if you don't.
