We use Stripe to manage all credit card information. If you are having trouble to connect your credit card, then Stripe may be rejecting it through one of their fraud detection rules. For example using a credit card a long way away from where the card was originally registered. Or trying to connect a card from an IP Address that is not your usual location. If you get this, then please try to use another card. If the issue continues, then please contact us with your details.
